What can Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Endorse?
From 2025 Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ will only be endorsing the following items:
1. National documents related to Perinatal Care (such as staffing standards for neonatal professional roles.)
2. An external project or guideline that has been developed with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ involvement. (Anyone wishing to apply for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ endorsement under this category must request Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ support at the start of the project. Requests will be reviewed as soon as possible but may take several weeks.)
Endorsement of Staffing standards
If you wish for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ to endorse your staffing standards document please complete the form attached at the bottom of the page and return to the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ office along with the document. Requests will be reviewed by the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Executive Committee at their committee meetings which occur every 3-4 months.
Application for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ endorsement for external projects or guidelines
Step 1 - Apply to register the project with the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ office and request a Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ representative.
If you wish for Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ to endorse your project or guideline you must request Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ support at the start of the project. Please complete the form below to provide details of the project and request a Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ representative to join your working group. If there are already Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ members on the working group you can suggest one of these represent Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ but this will need to be approved. Requests will be reviewed as soon as possible but may take several weeks.
Step 2 - Keep Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ informed
The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ representative is responsible for updating the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ committee with updates on the project and seeking input from the wider membership.
Step 3 - Apply for endorsement
When the document is finished you can complete the application form to apply for endorsement.
